In this phase, you are still losing weight, but you are continuing to add in new calories week by week. The goal is to identify the most amount of food you can consume while maintaining the lowest possible body fat.
Identify how much food you are able to eat to maintain your new healthy rhythms.
Maintain the ideal body fat based on your personalized health plan.
Measure and control the total amount of protein you are taking in.
Build on the new platform you have developed.
Phase Four: Mastering the Art of Sustaining
One of the best parts of the transformation plan will be your ability to make meaningful plans ahead of significant life events. Most people are caught off guard around the holidays, weddings, or vacations because that is the time we often splurge.
